The minced meat bucatini is a slow-cooked, meat-based, slow-cooked dish consisting of onions, celery and carrots. The paste used in this recipe is similar to spaghetti, but the special tubular shape makes the sauce best paired with it and creates a fantastic taste with minced meat.

500 gr bucatini “Baretti”
100 g minced beef
2 garlic cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
1 bunch of parsley
1 fresh tomato cut into cubes
½ glass of tomato sauce "Baretti"
E minced carrots
A little minced celery

Step 1Simmer the al-dente-style bucatin and set aside.
Step 2In a pot pour a little olive oil, garlic, cinnamon and minced meat. Fry them well by mixing for 10 minutes on low heat.
Step 3Add carrot, celery, laurel leaves, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes. If necessary, pour some juice from the paste.
Step 4Put on buccatin plate and add the ingredients and a little parsley.
