2 garlic cloves

1 stick of cinnamon

Directions

Step 1Simmer the al-dente-style bucatin and set aside.

Step 2In a pot pour a little olive oil, garlic, cinnamon and minced meat. Fry them well by mixing for 10 minutes on low heat.

Step 3Add carrot, celery, laurel leaves, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes. If necessary, pour some juice from the paste.
