Integral bread, black
The integral bread recipe is very healthy. Made at home with ingredients that are readily available in the market. It is soft and perfect for toasts and sandwiches.
Main Ingredient: flour, water, dried seeds Low Cholesterol
1 kg of white flour
800 ml of lukewarm water
500 g of black flour
150 g of dried sunflower seeds, squash, oats.
80 ml of olive oil
50 g of salt
40 yeast powder
20 g sugar

Step 1Pour the white and black flour, sugar and various seeds into the mixer.
Step 2In a container combine the water, olive oil and yeast powder, mixing them with a metal egg whisker.
Step 3Take the flour mass from the mixer and mix for 10 minutes with the composition we have created in the container.
Step 4Let the dough form rest for 45 minutes in a warm temperature setting.
Step 5Put it in the pan and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
Step 6Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
