200 grams of flour or hard flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 tsp brown yeast powder
120 ml of lukewarm water

Step 1Mix the ingredients in two separate dishes; flour with salt and water with powdered yeast.
Step 2Put them all in the mixer and mix on medium speed for 7 minutes.
Step 3Let it rest for 15 minutes and then stir again.
Step 4Let it rest for another 45 minutes. Then we work it out by hand, giving it the shapes we want.
Step 5Put them on a baking tray and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 6Place in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
