Vegan beet burger

500 g of boiled beets
200 g of well-boiled quinoa
80 g of olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
1 lemon peel
1 tablespoon of nuts
1 tablespoon hazelnut
Spec teaspoon chili pepper
A little parsley, dill and dill

Step 1Boil the beets in a container until softened.
Step 2Put in a multi-mixer olive oil, quinoa, nuts, hazelnuts, salt, pepper, parsley, dill, chives, lemon peel, garlic, chili pepper and onion.
