Chocolate fondue (Soufflé)
Chocolate stuffed chocolate or soufflé is a hot dessert served with ice cream and vanilla on the plate. Otherwise called "petit gateau" (in French - small cake), this soufflé is very popular in New York restaurants. 250 g of black chocolate
150 g butter
180 g flour
150 g powdered sugar
1 vanilla bean
A little salt

Step 1Whisk the egg yolks and add the sugar by mixing.
Step 2Put the chocolate to melt in the steam bath. Meanwhile beat the egg whites.
Step 3In the melted chocolate add the butter, yolk and egg whites, vanilla and finally the flour, which we add by stripping, so that the pellets do not form in the dough.
Step 4Put the dough into 1-person forms, coating them with butter and flour so they do not stick.
Step 5Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
