Cake with cocoa

Main Ingredient: flour, cocoa, eggs, butter, sugar
350 g flour (self-inflating)
400 grams of butter
300 gr of sugar
60 gr of cocoa
1 tablespoon of brown puffer
1 vanilla bean
1 minced orange peel
- If you do not want to use eggs, you can use non-sweet apple puree or sauce. Baking will take a little longer than when using eggs.
- You can use almond milk or coconut milk as a substitute for dairy products.
- For a gluten-free cocoa cake, use flour that determines gluten deficiency.

Step 1Transfer the flour, cocoa and blender to the sieve. Meanwhile we heat the oven at 170 degrees.
Step 2Put butter, sugar, vanilla and orange peel in the mixer. Mix well on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Step 3During mixing lay eggs one at a time in the mixer.
Step 4Reduce the mixing speed slightly and add the flour, cocoa and bellows.
Step 5Turn off the mixer and place the prepared mass into a cake-shaped bowl (24 cm in diameter).
Step 6Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 175 degrees.
