Apple cake and raisins
Accompany the morning coffee or afternoon tea with apple-filled cake and raisins. It contains some nutritional value and is also perfect for finalizing the evening. It is best served warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar or you can enjoy it cold, coated with cream or vanilla ice cream.
Main Ingredient: flour, sugar, milk, eggs
200 g of flour with baking powder
100 g of sugar
200 ml of milk
50 gr of raisins
50 gr of hazelnuts
1 yellow apple
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 baking powder bust
1 vanilla bean
1 orange peel

Step 1First put the raisins in a small bowl of cold water to soften. Then, in a large bowl, beat with egg yolk mixer along with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and orange peel passed through, until a creamy mass is formed.
Step 2Add milk, flour, baking powder, butter and continue mixing until smooth.
Step 3Beat the egg whites and mix carefully with a spoonful of the dough we prepared previously. At the end we add raisins, hazelnuts and apple cut into cubes.
Step 4Mix the mass well and place it in a 25x25 cm cake pan, which we originally coated with butter and flour.
Step 5Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. Before serving, allow at least 30 minutes to drain and cool.
