Step 1We first heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Step 2Heat the butter into a pan until it’s a mash, but not liquefied (to melt like oil).
Step 3Mix the sugar and eggs on medium speed for 4 minutes and then add the melted butter (not warm).
Step 4Add flour, almond powder, puffer and vanilla, passing them in sieve first. Continue stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 5Fill the forms / cups but not full as the dough will swell. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees.
