Directions

Step 1In a bowl we put the eggs, sugar, panna, juice and lemon peel and mix with a metal egg whisker.

Step 2We put the bowl in the warm bath. Then continue stirring until a thick mass is formed.

Step 3Transfer it to a clean bowl and the lemon cream is ready to serve.
