Main Ingredient: Lemon
350 g of sugar
200 g cream panna
9 grains of eggs
5 grains of lemon (squeezed)
2 lemon peel

Step 1In a bowl we put the eggs, sugar, panna, juice and lemon peel and mix with a metal egg whisker.
Step 2We put the bowl in the warm bath. Then continue stirring until a thick mass is formed.
