Step 1Take the pan, flour, eggs, salt, milk and sugar, and put them all in a bowl. Mix with hand mixer until creamy.
Step 2Take a non-stick skillet and set it on low heat. Put some oil and spread it across the pan through a paper towel.
Step 3Once the frying pan has warmed, place one half of the dough in the crepe dough. Spread it over the pan and leave each side for 2 minutes.
