Directions

Step 1We wash the liver and onions. Cut the liver into small cubes or medium as desired, while the onions into very small pieces.

Step 2Put a pan on the fire, where we pour olive oil and then the liver to fry.

Step 3Add the chopped onions and mix them together. We mix them until they have some color.

Step 4Add a little water, salt, pepper and dill. Leave them on low heat until the ingredients are well bonded.
