1/2 cup red wine

50 g white cheese

1 green squash

1 carrot

1 potato

1 onion

1 tomato

1 green pepper

1 eggplant

1 diced onion

5 garlic cloves

1 rosemary stalk

2 laurel leaves

Directions

Step 1Chop the meat into large cubes.

Step 2Fry them well and then we add the vegetables cut into cubes, until it softened.

Step 3Quench with red wine and then we add spices and 1 liter of water.

Step 4Let it boil for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Step 5Remove it from the fire and place the grated white cheese.
