This is the perfect punk recipe! They are easy to consume and require simple ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen. Fantastic for the morning meal or during the brunch.

110 g flour

280 ml of milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 egg

1 tablespoon of baking powder

A little salt

Tips

  • For an average punk, enough dough is 60 ml or a cup of coffee not full.
  • You can add blueberries or chocolate chips while preparing the pancakes. Add them while you are preparing the dough, or after you have finished and are putting them in the pan to give it shape. Use up to 1/2 cup blueberries / chocolate in this recipe.
  • Cook the pancakes in a flat frying pan over medium-high heat. When the bubbles form on the dough and the edges lose their luster, we will turn the bit on the other side. Each side should get a golden brown.
  • You can pair them with syrup or honey, butter, fresh fruit or pastry cream.

Directions

Step 1Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.

Step 2Mix milk, eggs and butter.

Step 3Put both mixes in the mixer and mix on medium speed for 4-5 minutes.

Step 4Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

Step 5Heat the pan, sauté with a little oil or butter and then add a dough to bake.

Step 6Bake them until they get a nice golden color on medium fire.
