Directions

Step 1Add the squash, peppers and eggplant and cut into slices.

Step 2In a bowl place olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Let them marinate in the fire for 5 minutes.

Step 3Take the grill and set it on the fire to warm.

Step 4We check to see if the grill is ready and put the vegetables on top to bake.

Step 5Once the vegetables are ripe on both sides, remove them from the grill and briefly place them in the pan with marinated spices.

Step 6Add the marinated vegetables to a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and they're ready to taste.
