Step 1Wash and clean the chicken. Put some butter in a pot and set it on fire. Add the chicken and mix.
Step 2Add water to the pot, until the chicken is covered.
Step 3In a second pot put the flour and a little butter. Mix until the flour turns yellow. Add to the pot a little of the chicken meat that was prepared in the first pot.
Step 4Carefully mix the flour with the meat and butter, until the mass remains granular but takes the form of a full sauce.
Step 5Once the porridge is evenly formed, we place it in the first pot where we are boiling the meat.
Step 6Add salt, pepper and garlic, and leave on low heat.
Step 7When we see the meat is softened and cooked, we remove it from the fire. Add a little lemon and a little finely chopped parsley.
