With just three simple ingredients and a little time, you can prepare a delicious jar of cherry jam. Perfect for accompanying yogurt in the morning, on a slice of bread or cake with butter or on ice cream. Simple, vegan and without refined sugar.
Main Ingredient: cherry, sugar
2 kg of red cherries
1.5 kg of sugar
6 geranium leaves
1 vanilla bean

Step 1At first the cherries are good, we remove the seeds and tails.
Step 2Put them in a pot along with the sugar, geranium, vanilla and let them simmer over a slow fire for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 3The next day simmer again, until the jam is thickened.
