Main Ingredient: chocolate, milk
500 ml of milk
300 g of black chocolate
1 orange peel
- The sauce can be used hot or cold in ice cream, cake, and fruit or by combining it with milk to make a quick cup of hot chocolate.
- Add a little orange liqueur and a little bit of crushed orange peel for an orange chocolate sauce.
- Add some peppermint extract (mint) and fresh leaves for a chocolate peppermint sauce.
