Pear and chicken salad

4 chicken fillets
50 g Parmigiano cheese
1 diced onion
1/2 lemon or lime
70 ml of olive oil
1 tablespoon brown mustard
A little cinnamon

Step 1Marinate the chicken fillets with salt, pepper and olive oil.
