Main Ingredient: potatoes, eggs, spicy sausage, spices
500 g small potatoes
100 g spicy sausage
4 glasses fried eggs
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cayenne pepper
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 tablespoon of spicy mustard
50 grams of kernels without olives
100 ml of olive oil

Step 1Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot without peeling. Fill them with cold water until covered, add salt and set to boil.
