200 gr of tuna fillet

1 diced onion

Sesame seeds

1 lemon

1 orange

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Step 1Cut the tuna in thick pieces. Take care to wait before you bake it, since it crumbles after baking.

Step 2Transfer the cut tuna into a hot pan, being careful not to bake it completely as it strengthens and loses its flavor.

Step 3In another pan without oil, fry the sesame seeds to give off flavor.

Step 4Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and place on a plate, placing the roasted tuna and sesame on top.
