Valeriana salmon with smoked salmon

Ingredients

250 g valeriana salad

150 grams of smoked or marinated salmon

Avocado

The pulp of an orange

1 diced onion

1 tablespoon of mustard coffee

1 lemon juice (lime)

50 ml of olive oil

1 herd of fennel

salt

pepper

Tips

  • The container to be used should be large, preferably a glass bowl, in order to extract all the ingredients.
  • Carefully mix with 2 forks.

Directions

Step 1Wait for avocados and orange pulp as desired, while onions and dill wait thin.

Step 2Put them in the bowl and add the cut salmon to the cube.

Step 3Mix lightly with lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4Leave the mass cooked in the pan for about 5 minutes, until the flavors and aromas merge.

Step 5Place it on the plate we will serve and place the valeriana salad on top.
