Directions

Step 1Wash and thoroughly clean peppers for filling by removing the tail in the shape of a lid and set them aside.

Step 2Heat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius and start preparing the filling mass. Finely chop the chili peppers and garlic, put them in a container and add cottage cheese and olive oil.

Step 3Mix ingredients and add salt and pepper.

Step 4Start filling the peppers and spray them with olive oil on the outside.
