Green squash soup
A fantastic vegetarian meal! The soup is rich in vitamin K, riboflavin, vitamin B6, potassium, manganese, vitamin C and dietary fiber. Contains low amounts of cholesterol.

300 g of zucchini
50 gr of butter
1 dry onion
2 fresh onions
2 garlic cloves
1 herb of basil
A little fresh buzz
100 ml of olive oil
- You can replace the onions with leeks.
- You can add ingredients such as sunflower seeds, artichokes, avocado oil, carrots.

Step 1Peel the vegetables and chop them: sliced squash, chop the onions into the diced, spices thinly slice.
Step 2In a pot put the onions, garlic and squash. Put them on the fry with olive oil and butter until softened.
Step 3After a few minutes add the chicken and let it simmer for 40 minutes on slow fire.
Step 4At the end we salt and flavor the soup with basil, nutmeg, grated lemon and pepper.
Step 5Let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes and then transfer to a multi.
