1 liter of milk
200 gr of sugar
150 gr rice
100 grams of roasted pistachios
50 gr of butter
A little cinnamon

Step 1In a pot we put the butter, rice and a little water. Leave them on the fire for 10 minutes to boil.
Step 2Add some milk and let it boil over slow fire. When we see that the milk has started to boil, add the rest. Let it boil over slow fire and stir constantly.
Step 3When a complete, bound mass of ingredients has been created, remove from the fire and divide it into small bowls.
Step 4Use pistachios or fry nuts to top the rise pudding. Add cinnamon and serve when cooled.
