500 gr tagliatelle

300 gr of chicken fillest

100 gr of dried tomatoes

1 flock of basil

10 cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon sweet red pepper

100 grams of pecorino minced chees

70 ml of olive oil

4 garlic cloves

1 small minced onion

Directions

Step 1After we have thoroughly cleaned the vegetables, chop the fresh tomatoes into 4 portions, thinly slice the dried tomatoes, mince the onions and thin garlic.

Step 2In one pot we put the pastry to simmer and in another pot we start preparing the sauce.

Step 3Put the onions, garlic in the pot, the chicken fillets cut into cubes, the dried tomatoes, and fry for a few minutes.

Step 4Then put the cherry tomatoes, red pepper, salt, pepper and basil.

Step 5Once they have got the taste we want, put the pasta in the sauce, minced cheese, a little olive oil and a little juice from the boiled pasta if needed.
