Tartar with Salmon
This beautifully colored dish is crisp and very tasty! It is served as a first dish, but can also be enjoyed as a salad for 2 people or as a fantastic appetizer. You can pair it with cucumber slices, toasted bread or thin and baked potatoes.
Main Ingredient: salmon, eggplant, spinach, olive oil
300 grams of salmon fillet
1 tablespoon of mustard coffee
A few small rolls and spinach
2 pickled cucumbers
1 diced onion
50 ml of olive oil
A little salt
A little pepper
- To cut the salmon more easily, refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 1Cut the salmon into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the minced onion, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, minced mince pickled cucumbers.
Step 2Mix them well and carefully.
Step 3Let them marinate for 15 minutes. Then decorate them on the plate, adding the eggplant and spinach on top. Add some salt, lemon and olive oil to taste.
