If you want to sweeten your Christmas or New Year's dinner, this chocolate tart won't disappoint you! Classic ice cream paired with Baileys and ice cream makes a perfect post-dinner dessert to enjoy with family loved ones.
Main Ingredient: sable dough, panna, chocolate
500 g sable dough
300 ml panna 35%
400 g chocolate 50-55%
1 lemon green skin (lime)
1 vanilla bean
- The cake is best on the day it is cooked but can be prepared 1 day in advance and served cold. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Step 1Roll out the dough into not too thin foil. Place in a pan to bake for 8 minutes at 170 degrees and leave it to cool.
Step 2In a pot we put the panna to boil, along with the honey and vanilla. Then, just as warm, pour it into a bowl, in which we place the sliced chocolate.
Step 3Stir them well until the chocolate melts well and then let cool.
Step 4Put this measure on the baked tart. Leave the mass to cool and cool (minimum 2 hours) and the chocolate cake is ready to be enjoyed.
