
Cheesecake with strawberry

500 g Philadelphia right
250 g ricotta
4 egg yolks
6 strawberries
4 tablespoons of honey
200 ml panna 35%
200 g cookies
70 g powdered sugar
70 g of butter
1 vanilla bean
Tips
- You can also prepare it with other flavors like pumpkin, lemon, chocolate, and Oreo, chestnut or butter caramel.
- You can add fruit, cream, nuts, biscuits, fruit sauce or chocolate syrup.

Step 1Whisk in a mixer the Philadelphia cheese, ricotta, sugar, egg yolks and 2 tablespoons honey.
Step 2In another bowl beat the panna well, until it has thickened, mix with the cream cheese and continue beating for another few minutes.
Step 3Melt the butter and add it to the cookies, which we have passed to multi mixer to crush.
Step 4Then lay the biscuits in a 20x20 cm pan, squashing them. Pour the strawberries into the cream, mixing them lightly and place over the biscuit layer.
Step 5Leave the pan in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
Step 6Pour the remaining honey as a layer over the cake, all over the surface or in the portions to be served.
