200 g of fresh tomatoes

200 g of cottage cheese

100 g of green pepper

1 dry onion

1 chili pepper

1 tablespoon flour

Directions

Step 1Wash and clean tomatoes and peppers. Cut the meat into cubes about 3 cm long and set aside.

Step 2Chop onions and peppers in small cubes so that they are not visible on the final plate.

Step 3In a saucepan put a little olive oil and toss the pieces of meat. Fry them for as long as they get red.

Step 4Add salt, tomato sauce and a little water. Mix until the ingredients come together. Remove them from the fire and set them aside.

Step 5In a clean skillet, place olive oil and onion. Stir until it turns yellow and add the peppers. Meanwhile we light the oven at 200 degrees.

Step 6When the peppers have gotten a little color, add flour and mix slowly. Chop the tomatoes into very small cubes and add them to the pan.

Step 7The moment we see that a sauce-like mass has been created, we add the curd and continue to stir.

Step 8Beat eggs in a bowl, add to sauce in saucepan and mix ingredients.

Step 9When the ingredients are well connected, remove the skillet from the fire and combine the mass with the pieces of meat.

Step 10Put it in a clay pan and then bake for 20 minutes.
