100 g of sugar
100 ml of panna
250 grams of mascarpone
150 g Savoyard / Ladyfingers (tiramisu cookies)
100 ml of brewed coffee (Nescafe)
10 g cocoa powder

Step 1Put eggs and sugar in a bowl. Mix with hand mixer until the mass swells and becomes homogeneous and creamy.
Step 2In another bowl place the pan and bake a little with the mixer. Leave it in the fridge to rest.
Step 3Take the previously prepared egg and sugar and add the mascarpone. Mix it with a bottom-up spatula carefully so that the egg does not deflate.
