Small chocolate truffles

The truffles are chocolate confections and are prepared by ganache, a mixture of melted chocolate with warm cream, which is cooled until firm and coated with chocolate, cocoa powder or chopped nuts. They are perfect for serving as a post-dinner dessert. They are prepared so easily that you will not need to use an oven, only chocolate!
