Three Milk cake

This delicious dessert made through three different types of milk is simple and has a light and unique taste. Follow the steps to prepare the classic trolleys recipe, one of my favorite Albanian sweets.

250 g flour

250 g of sugar

6 grains of eggs

500 ml of panna milk

500 ml panda milk (condensed)

400 ml of cow's milk

4 tablespoons glaze / custard (can be found at the supermarket)

20 gr or 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Step 1First we prepare the pandispan. Put the eggs and sugar in the mixer to mix.

Step 2After mixing, add the flour and mix again for 5 minutes.

Step 3Heat the oven to 160 degrees. In the meantime, prepare the baking tin, greasing it with a little butter. Put the mass created by the mixer and let it bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4We prepare the rest of the trilogy. Decide to boil the three types of milk in a pot.

Step 5We wait for the chilled pancakes to be served. Pour the boiled milk over it to soften it on all sides of the pan.

Step 6Melt the caramel cream / glaze in a clean pot, and then pour it into the tricolor, as the final layer of dessert.

Step 7Let the dessert cool for 4 hours. After cooling down, it is ready to be enjoyed.
