Secrets of Taste

“Secrets of Taste” is Chef Renato’s first book, published in 2016 by Dudaj Publications. It includes over 170 recipes of various categories, with valuable cooking tips and special techniques.

The book presents recipes full of flavors and fantasies, colors and ideas. The dishes that are suggested can be easily cooked and contain simple and common ingredients in the Albanian market. Chef Renato takes care to include tips, culinary secrets and special menus, a guide for all gastronomy enthusiasts, and not only. During the 19th Book Fair that took place on November 9-13, 2016, “Secrets of Taste” was listed as the best-selling book by the category of cookbooks.

Following this classification, Chef Renato stated:

“My book makes authenticity unique. It’s a book of clear recipes, with tips, but above all with secrets I’ve wanted to share with all readers. The recipes contain few products and with them you can create a dish as a professional chef.”
